1. Services
8 Events Concierge provides event management and VIP concierge services in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Our services include, but are not limited to, corporate events, social events, community events, promotional events, access to exclusive experiences, VIP reservations, personalized travel arrangements, and specialized services.

2. Booking and Payment

  • To book our services, you must provide accurate and complete information as requested during the booking process.
  • Payment for our services must be made in full prior to the event or experience, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing and fees at any time without prior notice.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the specific service booked. Please refer to the individual service terms provided at the time of booking.
  • In general, cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event or experience may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to applicable fees and charges.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event or experience are generally non-refundable.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding their preferences, requirements, and any special needs.
  • Clients must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and venue policies during the event or experience.
  • Clients are responsible for any damages or losses caused by their actions or those of their guests.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and copyrights, related to 8 Events Concierge and its services are the property of the company and are protected by applicable laws.
  • Clients may not use or reproduce any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • 8 Events Concierge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
  • Our liability for any direct damages shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

7. Force Majeure

  • 8 Events Concierge shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, or government actions.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

9. Modifications

  • 8 Events Concierge reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
  • The most current version of the Terms of Service will be available on our website, and your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
